Specialist general practice is whole person care, characterised by the provision of person centred, continuing and comprehensive medical care to individuals and families in their communities.
As a relationship based discipline, general practice seeks to build health, well being and resilience through a continuing patient-doctor relationship of trust, clinical acumen, the application of best available evidence in the unique context of each consultation, and planned coordination of clinical teamwork, resources and services.
We are a specialist primary care centre. Our GP’s provide whole-patient care for individuals and families.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality healthcare in an efficient and compassionate setting. The information contained on this page will help you to access our services.
We provide all GP services and many specialist services that most General Practices do not provide, including:
IUD insertions, advanced skin surgery, expert cosmetic medicine, HIV management and expertise in PREP.
Please don’t hesitate to speak to one of our staff if you require further information or assistance.
If you require medical care after hours, please phone Sydney Medical Services on 1300 HOME GP, or present to your nearest ED.
In emergencies ring 000 for an ambulance.
The surgery is based primarily on appointments however, there will be appointments allocated for patients on the day. We suggest that you ring first thing in the morning to secure a time.
If you believe that you have a number of complex issues, you can ask for a longer appointment. If you are having a procedure, please book a longer appointment. Your doctor or the reception staff will help determine the length of time you may need.
If you are unwell please tell the receptionist who will alert our clinical staff to assess the urgency of your illness and determine when you can be seen.
Appointments can also be made online via Hotdoc for all patients. You can access this through our website, or using the Hotdoc app on your mobile device.
*To cancel appointments please call at least 24 hours before the appointment so that another patient can be seen in your place. If cancellation occurs within 2 hours of the appointment time a cancellation fee will be applied.

Medical certificates are legal documents and are permitted only if you present for consultation with a doctor with a valid reason for work absence.
*Please note that we’re not permitted by law to back date medical certificates, and the date of consultation/attendance will be marked on the document. Dates of illness will reflect the actual duration of illness, and this may predate the presentation.

*Please note that we’re not permitted by law to back date referrals, so please ensure that you have a current referral before you see the specialist
