Dear patients,

I have been working at Green Square Health for the past two years, but in the coming days I will be heading overseas with a one-way ticket. I will be out of the country for roughly 18 months.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge all of the patients who came to see me over the past two years. For some of you, it may have only been a quick and simple review. For others, we went through some of your hardest challenges together and developed a strong friendship because of it.

I will treasure the relationships I made here and express my gratitude to all the patients who chose to work with me.
