What to Expect at Green Square Health:
Scheduling an iron infusion at Green Square Health involves the following steps:
- Book a consultation with your GP to assess the need for an iron infusion.
- If blood test results confirm the necessity, your GP will provide a referral, including a copy of your test result, and a prescription.
- Pick up your prescribed iron from the pharmacy.
- Book your appointment for an Iron Infusion at GSH online, uploading the referral copy provided by your GP.
On the Day of Your Appointment:
- Arrive at the clinic at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in.
- Bring your prescribed iron with you.
- Plan to spend up to an hour at the clinic, as our team will monitor your post-infusion to ensure everything is well.
