Cancellation & Non-Attendance

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please endeavour to cancel as early as possible. This allows us to offer the time to another patient who needs care.

GP Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment time, or do not attend, a cancellation fee will apply.
The cancellation fee is the full fee of the consultation.

Specialist Appointments

(Including Dr Sarah MacDonald and Dr Andrew Trang)
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hours, or do not attend, a cancellation fee will apply.
The cancellation fee is the full fee of the consultation.
