Cancellation & Non-Attendance
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please endeavour to cancel as early as possible. This allows us to offer the time to another patient who needs care.
GP Appointment Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will apply:
- if you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment time;
- if you arrive too late; or
- if you miss your appointment completely.
We consider a late arrival for an appointment to be ‘missed’ if a patient is five minutes late to a 15-minute consultation, or ten minutes late to a 30-minute consultation.
When there is time on the day we will always try to accommodate you.
The cancellation fee is the full fee of the consultation.
Specialist Appointment Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee will apply:
- if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time;
- if you arrive too late; or
- if you miss your appointment completely.
We consider a late arrival for an appointment to be ‘missed’ if a patient is five minutes late to a 15-minute consultation, or ten minutes late to a 30-minute consultation.
