How to Receive Your Test Results
If a Doctor Needs to Review Your Results
- You will be contacted via SMS, phone, or letter if a follow-up is required.
- This means your doctor has determined that further discussion is necessary.
Checking If Your Results Have Arrived
If you would like to confirm whether all your test results have been received:

Available Monday to Friday, 1 PM – 2 PM
Important:
- It can take up to one week for all results to be processed.
- Our nurses can only confirm whether results have arrived—they cannot interpret or explain them.
When to Book an Appointment with Your Doctor
If you have any questions about your results—whether you need clarification, further explanation, or have concerns—you should book an appointment with your doctor. Your doctor can provide a detailed interpretation of your results and discuss any next steps in your care.
