Booking your appointment at Green Square Health

We are opening up face to face again, and you can book your appointment online – you will need to have evidence of being double immunised against COVID-19, need to wear your mask, and the consultation can’t be for any respiratory symptoms (cough, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, fever) – if you have respiratory symptoms please book a Telehealth consultation.

If you are not yet double vaccinated for COVID-19, we can also see you if you have had a negative COVID-19 test in the last 48 hours. You must present evidence of this when you are here to see your care provider – otherwise we will conduct the consultation over the phone/video.

Rebates for Telehealth consultations are available if you have been seen physically in the clinic in the last 12 months by a doctor or nurse. Otherwise, full consultation fee will apply without a Medicare rebate.
