We’re excited to announce that Dr Caitlin Weston is returning to the Green Square Health (GSH) family in Waterloo. Having recently worked in Redfern at Citydoc, Dr Weston is committed to ensuring her patients receive uninterrupted and exemplary care.
To continue your care with Dr Weston, simply complete the transfer of records form below, and book the appropriate consult type for your needs – if it is your first visit to GSH please select new patient as either a standard (15 minutes) or long (30 minutes). Usually new patients of GSH need to book 30 minutes as a new patient – and this exemption is only for patients who have seen Dr Weston at Citydoc in the last 12 months and have given consent to transfer their medical records to GSH. We assure you of the utmost confidentiality and security in handling your medical information.
Availability
Dr Weston will be consulting on Wednesdays, Fridays and rotation Saturday weekend rosters. She plans to have more availability in the new year to accommodate more of her existing patients.
