Green Square Health Embarks on the SUSTAIN Paediatric Care Trial

We are thrilled to announce that Green Square Health is set to participate in the SUSTAIN Paediatric Care Trial, a collaborative research project with the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network and UNSW. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of care provided to children in general practice closer to home through support of paediatricians and your valuable feedback is essential in achieving this goal.
As part of the SUSTAIN research study, we invite all parents and caregivers to share their experience of the care their children have received at Green Square Health.
About the SUSTAIN Family Survey:
The Family Survey is designed to gather anonymous feedback on the care provided to children under 18 years old at Green Square Health over the past three months (1 October to 31 December 2023). We kindly request all eligible families to participate by clicking on the following link: SUSTAIN Family Survey.
Important Information:
- The survey is voluntary, completely anonymous and will not impact your child’s ongoing care with our GPs or any hospital services.
- Your feedback is invaluable in shaping the future of paediatric care at Green Square Health.
